Deleting Your Account

If you wish to delete your Vidla AI account and all associated data, follow this guide.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account:

• Your profile information is removed
• All your generated videos are permanently deleted
• Your video history is erased
• All associated data is removed from our systems

Important: This action cannot be undone. Make sure to download any videos you want to keep before deleting your account.

Before You Delete

Consider these alternatives:

• Sign Out: You can simply sign out and stop using the service
• Download Videos: Save your videos locally before deleting
• Contact Support: If you're having issues, we may be able to help

How to Delete Your Account

Currently, account deletion requires contacting our support team:

1. Contact our support team
2. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject
3. Provide your account email address
4. We'll process your request within 7 business days
5. You'll receive confirmation when deletion is complete

Data Retention

After deletion:

• Your data is removed from active systems immediately
• Backup systems are purged within 30 days
• Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for legal compliance
• No personally identifiable information is kept

GDPR and CCPA Rights

If you're in the EU or California, you have additional rights:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of your data
• Right to Portability: Export your data in a standard format
• Right to Erasure: Request immediate deletion
• Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate data

Reactivating Your Account

Once deleted, your account cannot be reactivated. If you want to use Vidla AI again:

1. Sign in with your Google account
2. A new account will be created
3. Your previous videos and history will not be restored
