You may NOT use Vidla AI to:

Illegal Activities:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
• Facilitate illegal activities

Harmful Content:

• Create content depicting violence, gore, or harm to individuals
• Generate content that is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Produce content that promotes hate speech or discrimination
• Create content that harasses, threatens, or bullies others

Misinformation:

• Generate deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Create false or misleading political content
• Produce content that impersonates others without consent
• Generate content that spreads false information

System Abuse:

• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or restrictions
• Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Commercial Restrictions:

• Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
• Use the Service to compete with us
• Create a similar service using our technology

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review content generated using our Service
• Remove content that violates these Terms

• Basic generation modes and 720p resolution
• No payment required

Paid Plans

Vidla AI offers the following paid subscription tiers:

• Creator — $19/month (200 credits)
• Pro — $49/month (500 credits)
• Team — $99/month (2,000 credits)
• Enterprise — Custom pricing (unlimited credits)

Billing

Payment Methods: We accept payment through authorized payment processors.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

Refunds: Refunds are provided only as required by law or at our discretion.

Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Service Availability and Modifications

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific uptime percentages
• Availability of any particular feature
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

Maintenance: We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily interrupts service.

AI-Generated Content: We do not guarantee:

• Quality or accuracy of generated videos
• That generated videos will meet your expectations
• That generated videos are free from errors or artifacts
• That generated videos are suitable for any particular purpose

Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for:

• Google Firebase, Google AI, or other third-party services
• Third-party content or links
• Actions of other users

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

No Liability for Damages: WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages resulting from errors or omissions in generated content

Maximum Liability: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED:

• The amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or
• $100 USD, whichever is greater

Exceptions: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vidla AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you provide or generate
• Your breach of any representations or warranties

Dispute Resolution

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
